Braslaw nature park - 2030 open spaces for young European creative

Project: "on the move"

host:international Nongovermental Organization KAJA (children architecture + youth architecture) -  East  /  Minsk-Belarus, Culman street 15

preparation:
1. advance planning visit of the guest -
teamleaders  in Braslaw and Minsk -  two days in time 01. 05. 18 -  31.05.2018
2. after the APV - preparation works at home , - develloping ideas and concepts for presentations , national evenings and workshops 

catering: self-supply by international camp - kitchen teams

evaluation:project posters for exhibitions and text evaluations

excursions: Minsk, sightseeing tour / "Chatyn", memorial of the 2nd World War / Braslaw. National   Park / ecological village for Tschernobyl resettlers in  Lepel

protection and safety: each team/participant is resonsible for own insurence (health , accident, personal reliability).  Also check websites of national embassies in Belarus.

 

participants contribution: 30 % of travel costs / insurence / specialities for national evenings

overview : meeting conditions in Braslaw - Belarus
   
meeting places : 1. Minsk: 2-3 days at the beginning / 3-4 days at the end of the meeting.   Accommodation in flats of members of the hosting team /  guest  families and /or students hostel
  2.Braslaw nature park / Ukla - lake: 11 days Youth camp in Kolesniki. Participants should have their own tents, sleeping-bags and mattresses
partnergroups:  participants 18-25 years / students of architecture/ art (sculpture) /design /  special education for disadvantaged children/youngsters -----half male + half female  and one groupleader from
